My furnace went out this week. I called Mr. Gomez and he come out the same day to diagnose the furnace. The morning he came and fixed the issue. Installed Hot Water Baseboard heating system that included owner-supplied boiler. Mr. Gomez was on the phone with Rinnai through the installation to ensure install was to specifications and to commence warranty period. Mr. Gomez and his protege, Mr. Darcy, did a wonderful job routing the hoses through tight and tough spaces in a 100+ year old house. Going into my 3rd heating season and never had an issue with the installation.
